1. Independent status
Spain Relocation is an independent private consulting company. We are not a government agency, embassy, or consulate, and we are not affiliated with the Spanish government or any Spanish public authority. Use of this website or our services does not create any relationship with, or endorsement by, the Spanish government. See Who We Are for our full disclosure.
2. Scope of services
We provide consulting, administrative, and representation services related to immigration, tax, and business matters in Spain, including but not limited to visa and residence permit applications, document processing (NIE, NIF, TIE, and similar), tax registration and advisory, and company formation support. Specific services and fees are agreed with each client individually; see our Pricing page for indicative rates.
3. No guarantee of outcome
We prepare and submit applications with due diligence, but final decisions on visas, residence permits, tax numbers, and related matters rest exclusively with the relevant Spanish government authorities. We cannot guarantee approval, and we are not responsible for decisions made by government bodies outside our control.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation. Delays or issues resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client are not the responsibility of Spain Relocation.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are quoted individually per service and confirmed in writing before work begins. Prices shown on this website are indicative; a personalized quote is provided before engagement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Spain Relocation's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made by government authorities.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and layout, is the property of Spain Relocation or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your country of residence.
